Nationals
- One (1) form of ID
- Proof of address (example utility bill)
- One Month Advance payment
Non Nationals
- One (1) form of ID (International Passport)
- Work Permit (in the case of Venezuelan Migrants, Employment Authorization Card issued to registrants.)
- Proof of Address
- Two Months Advance payment
